Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que la forme de notre oreiller ne vous convienne pas.
Cependant de nombreux clients sont entièrement satisfaits de cet article même si nous comprenons que le choix d'un oreiller est très personnel.

bonjour
j'ai commandé deux matelas 2x80x200 S90 TECH Viscogel, livraison en temps et en heure parfaite comme d'habitude. Matelas très bon rapport qualité prix cela fait la troisième commande chez SENSO G, contrairement a mes deux autres matelas le S110 PLUS et le G90 PLUS, l'accueil est plus ferme que le G90 PLUS , il correspond plus au S110 PLUS légèrement plus ferme mais on s'y habitue fort bien. Je conseille de prendre plutot celui la que le S100 PLUS car encore plus ferme (conseillé par SENSO G) .Une légère odeur certainement liée aux billes de viscogel mais elle disparaît après une semaine. Dommage que SENSO G ne fais plus de gamme intermédiaire 5,4 je leur ai fait savoir.

Todo ha funcionado perfectamente en el pedido y ha sido muy rápido. Lo único es que mi hijo y yo teníamos la misma almohada que nos encantaba, comprada aquí, y la nueva nos resulta ahora dura. No sé si será porque con el uso se ablanda un poco. Con esta nueva nos da un poco dolor de cuello al estar boca arriba.....

Désolé mais une mauvaise odeur après un mois est toujours présente sur ce surmatelas G7
Très déçu par ce surmatelas, par rapport au G8 acheté il y a plusieurs Années qui n’est plus fabriqué selon les dires du service web.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous ne soyez pas entièrement satisfait du surmatelas.
G7. L'odeur persiste car c'est un produit fabriqué récemment alors que le G8 a été stocké plus longtemps ce qui atténue cette odeur qui finira par disparaître complètement.
