La publicidad debe ser fiel al producto, esto es según la legislación vigente. Las imágenes muestran o a las personas en los cajones o los toros. Pensando que sería un regalo perfecto (además de bien pagado) mi hijo abre en reyes unas cajoneras de madera sin toros y sin personas. Papi, ¿i els bous?. Este es mi gran momento. Disgustado es poco.

Buenas tardes, lamentamos su decepción pero se especifica muy claramente en el texto de la ficha de este cajón que No incluye ni las figuras de toreros ni los toros. Tenemos otros cajones que si incluyen toros, pero no el modelo que eligio, quizás de ahí el malentendido. Como entenderás, las fotos con muñecos son para hacerlo más real, como cuando en una tienda online de ropa los modelos visten alguna de las prendas, se entiende perfectamente que es para la prenda en cuestión, y que no incluye todos los productos. En todo caso, lamentamos su disgusto. Un saludo cordial
