I came to see if others said something about the recipe and yep. My kids have used them for years and say now they are disgusting and won't eat them. Honestly the texture reminds me of the generic version. Go back to the original recipe!

A few years ago I did some routine blood work and was shown to be extremely vitamin d deficient. I was put on prescription vitamin d for a few weeks and then told to get a supplement over the counter. I like these because they're small and easy to swallow. I started taking a multivitamin at the same time, also Amazon brand, so I can't say if my improved sleep quality, mood and lessening of aches and pains was due to the vitamin d the multi or both. I would say all of my Amazon supplements are a wonderful value for the money for the price I pay for them now.

I love the fact that this product is in a soft globule which is very easy to swallow. It comes in 2 different strengths, 5,000 and 10,000. You can not find a better product for reversing female pattern baldness and strengthening your finger nails. It also works wonders smoothing out facial wrinkles and the crapey look that we ladies get as we get older. And it is far cheaper and safer to use than Botox.

Some days, I just don't get enough sunlight. This supplement ensures that I get the vitamin d3 that I need to stay healthy. These pills are very good, you only take them 3 times a month and now my vitamin D levels are stable
