These gummies have a nice citrus flavor. The gummy form is more convenient to take than the powder that must be mixed with water. These are easier to take with you when you travel also. I feel it's a good way to boost your immune system!

I'm 47 and had a hysterectomy 7 years ago. I kept my ovaries. Lately I've had some uncomfortable symptoms and google said I could take this test for easy quick results so I bought and took the test and. Yep, I'm in menopause or peri. Hard to tell if you don't have periods! So now I can bring this up at my next gyn appt and see what I can be doing to improve my symptoms. Nice to know before I go.

These are the best tasting magnesium gummies I have tried. They are a yummy cherry flavor. I take one before bed which helps me unwind. There are some other ingredients and vitamins in there as well so I included a picture of the ingredients list. They are non-GMO and it says sugar free, but it sure tastes sweet to me. There is no bitter aftertaste.
