I have been taking these for a few years. Like this brand. Nails grow long and sturdy. Hair seems shiny and soft. Skin is soft too! Love this stuff! My younger sister started taking it when I told her about my nails, and she loves it very much! Tiny, easy to swallow gel caps.

I only bought this brand because I cannot find the Sundown melatonin gummies anymore. These have a weird texture and taste. I also don't think they work as well. Not sure. I miss my Sundown gummies!
