I like this ashwaganda, but I'm used to a tincture being made with alcohol. This tastes like honey. Not complaining about the taste! it just isn't what I expected. It is very calming, but mild. Still effective. Good value for the price. I personally will probably go back to ashwaganda powder or get a differently made tincture. I think this would be good for someone who is just trying out ashwaganda for the first time.

This product definitely work. Had trouble sleeping for a while and did not want to go the Rx route o I tried a couple of the supplement product and they did nothing. Taking 2 of these one hour before bedtime was the trick. Fell asleep in minutes rather than hours.
