I love these testing strips. They're cheap enough to use every day to see your monthly surges and you can keep track with dates. After some months you'll have some data you can plan with to conceive that beautiful baby! The pregnancy test I think are more sensitive than frets. I like to buy a note book and tape these in it with the date and time. When I'm done with the month I'll use some clear packing tape and seal the used side so everything stays nice and clean. Tried a few months with no luck, I thought maybe I was just getting old (I'm 38) but I'd never had any trouble getting pregnant with our first 4? so I got impatient and decided to order this kit. The app was great and the strips did what they were supposed to. We conceived the first try using these and our 5th beautiful, healthy girl arrived in October 2025 and is now 6 months old. It works and no I'm not a bot writing a review. I usually buy regular panax ginseng but I gave this a try because of Amazon same day delivery. So to me this gives me a regular awake feeling like I got a full nights rest and I take about three of them any time I feel like Im out of it. This is better for me than anything else because it's no jitters no rush no crash no worries. Just awake and regular. If you're expecting a coffee feel or a energy drink feel then this ain't it. If you just like being awake and have energy to go through the day then his is it. I'll say it lasts about 6 hours and then I might take another three. It's up to you but that's how I do it.

At first I was hesitant to buy these... 5mg? Off brand without all those added ingredients like everyone else is adding, like camomile and other things... But honestly, after using it for a week, I actually do feel like I fall asleep faster and wake up less during the night. Good product, will buy again.
