While I haven't seen dramatic results yet, I do think the glutathione gummies were starting to improve my skin's texture. Unfortunately, I recently switched to a new cleanser that stripped my skin and caused breakouts. This was especially frustrating because I'm always careful to check the ingredients in my skincare due to my sensitive skin. It must have been an unlisted ingredient that caused the issue, so this switch has definitely set me back.That being said, I love two things about these glutathione gummies: their simple, clean formula and their great taste! I plan to order my second bag when I'm about a week away from finishing my first. I'll update my review after finishing the second bag, but I would definitely recommend them.

I will give it three stars, because I love this brand. This is the only type I would not suggest to others. If you intend to take it, be prepared to feel groggy the next day. Our whole family took this supplement, and none of us had a good experience the following days after taking it those who are prone to depression should avoid this product at all cost.
