Desepcionante , subir por una cuesta en obras, una altura 1.6 km.
Para que te ofrezcan un trato malísimo, y un jamón de igual calidad.
Muchos premios, pero no recomiendo esta casa.
Compramos 8.9 kg de jamón, Duroc, con curación de no menos de 24 meses.
Malísimo, al principio salado, salado, al avanzar el corte desapareció la sal y apenas estaba curado .
De hecho hemos tenido que tirar más de la mitad del mismo por temor a intoxicación y/o peor.
En mi caso no recomendable.

La empresa de transporte, en los tres últimos envíos, dice que mi dirección está mal, y me invita a pasar a recogerlo en sus instalaciones. Tengo que darles de nuevo la dirección para que lo entreguen en mi domicilio, con el consecuente retraso.
