Un jamón blanco bastante bueno, con el peso prometido. Quizás fue culpa mía no pedirlo un poco mas graso, y bueno, está un pelin salado. Lo he empezado por la maza y eso, al ir rebajando parece que el salado se nota menos. En cuanto a la curación, perfecta. Se ven unos pequeñísimos cristales de tiroxina, y se corta de maravilla. Espero para la próxima poder probar el Perfecto, del que no había existencias, o en todo caso repetiré este.
