Gracias por tu reseña y por hacernos saber tu experiencia. Lamentamos mucho que las rosas no hayan llegado en el estado esperado, aunque no habíamos recibido ninguna notificación sobre el deterioro hasta tres días después de la entrega.

Tal como se indica en la caja de envío, si el ramo llegara dañado, recomendamos informar al repartidor de inmediato si es visible el deterioro y, después, tomar unas fotos del producto para enviárnoslas por correo electrónico. Esto nos ayuda a evaluar lo sucedido y a darte una solución adecuada.
