Estoy muy contenta con el envío, y con el trato recibido, la gran profesionalidad, había olvidado poner el número de la vivienda y enseguida me llamaron para verificarlo, para que todo llegase en el momento que había elegido, la persona que las ha recibido, le ha encantado el ramo, es como el de la imagen, y lo preparaís de forma, que llegan con todo su aroma y para que lleguen en perfectas condiciones, de verdad que muchísimas gracias por todo! No se parecía demasiado a lo que aparece en la web. Muy caro para lo que recibimos. Fue literalmente LA ULTIMA CORONA EN LLEGAR, LA MITAD DE LOS ASISTENTES YA SE HABIAN IDO. Horario de 9 a 13 cumplido si, muy bien por vosotros y por es suplemento extra. Sinceramente? Decepcionante de cojones.

Estimado Manuel,

Te agradecemos por tomarte el tiempo de compartir tu opinión. Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido la que esperabas y queremos aclarar algunos puntos importantes sobre el servicio que contrataste.

La entrega se realizó alrededor de las 12, cumpliendo con el rango horario que seleccionaste, de 9 a 15 horas. Sin embargo, también tenías la opción de elegir un horario de entrega más temprano, como el de 9 a 12 o incluso antes de las 10 de la mañana, por un pequeño coste adicional.

Por otro lado, no entendemos a qué te refieres con el "suplemento extra", ya que seleccionaste la opción Normal, cuando también pudiste optar por las opciones Grande o De Luxe.

Por último, aquí puedes ver una foto de la corona entregada, https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/qhbekf05oypmj03he3jh7/9900212498-teleROSA.jpg?rlkey=0x4bgf0kbmeha6bblxhkug6rv&st=h79kdye5&dl=0 ,donde se puede apreciar su tamaño en comparación con la persona que la sostiene.
