La única pega, que tuvo que ser de un día para otro. Tal vez podrían dar la opción de enviar en el mismo día, pagando un suplemento por la urgencia.

Hola,
La atención al cliente y las flores muy bien.
La cesta no es estable y no se mantiene.
El envío no fue cuidadoso ya que entregaron la cesta volcada en lugar de mantenerla de pie y llegaron todas las rosas aplastadas hacia un lado. Una pena que eso empañe la buena opinión sobre el servicio ya que como he dicho tanto la atención como las flores en sí son perfectas.
