I ordered the Kiss Bouquet. Within 24 hours I was advised that the order had been prepared and delivered. I received a picture of the prepared bouquet .My daughter was so pleased with the flowers. I cannot speak highly enough of teleRosa.

We would like to explain that, in the case of mixed flower baskets, the composition may vary slightly depending on the availability of flowers according to the season. Although we take great care to ensure that the design and colors are as close as possible to the product shown on the website, the types of flowers available may differ at certain times of the year.

As you can see in the images, the arrangement sent follows the same general design, maintaining quality and attention to detail to provide an aesthetically pleasing product.

Hi…..unfortunately the flowers weren’t delivered directly. Instead the recipient had to drive to a store to collect them . The flowers are nice though, but it would have been better if they had been delivered to the house .

This bouquet was sent via courier, and MRW confirmed delivery at 2:04 PM on December 3rd, which was the delivery date requested by you. You have informed us that the recipient was traveling on the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot know who received the flowers because the courier does not request identification from the person who accepts the delivery.
