Absolutely wonderful service. I would recommend them. My daughter lives in the mountains and everything was great. Ordered beautiful flowers wine and chocolates and all got delivered perfectly the day after.
Perfect! On her birthday and such a remote area.

There are no complaints about the bouquet, it's perfect, but there was a moment that upset me. The bouquet was meant for my mother on 8th of March, the delivery time was from 9 to 15. At 13:46 I get an email saying that the courier can't reach my mother because her phone doesn't work. I immediately call my mother, she answers, no missed calls, everything is fine. I'm trying to call the store, but there's a break from 14 to 16, I'm stressed, writing an email, and miracle, the courier managed to reach my mother straight away. No explanation, no reply, no apologise, it is still unclear what it was.

Exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was just beautiful. You had some difficulty with delivery but you were persistent. The recipients love the arrangement. I was kept informed every step of the way too. Customer service went above and beyond. I will definitely order again. Very happy customer.

I am UK based & send regular flowers to Mum who lives in Fene Spain, and I wouldn’t use anyone else and always turn to TeleRosa and Mum always says they are beautiful every time she gets her delivery…would definitely recommend to all..!!!!

The delivery was in time, but it took some explanation by several phone calls although I had given the Google Maps Location, so my surprise to the recipient was a bit disappointing.
The flowers itself were perfect !
