Thank you for your review.

What happened in this case is quite common when the sender does not provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In fact, you yourself noted in your order that we should call the recipient, and the only information you provided was a foreign phone number.

We did call the recipient and she gave us new delivery details, but unfortunately, when the MRW courier attempted delivery, those details were still incomplete. Since MRW couriers cannot make calls to international numbers, they were unable to resolve the issue on the spot.

After re-contacting the recipient and arranging a second delivery attempt, the order was finally delivered—although on a later date than originally requested.

We regret any inconvenience caused, but this type of delay is beyond our control when the delivery information is insufficient.

I sent these to friend to help her through a difficult day in her life. I ordered them online from France for next day delivery in Murcia. Everything went to plan very smoothly. A lovely delivery man and the flowers were as I had ordered, and she loves them. Success!
This is the second time I have used this firm and I am yet again very pleased with the experience. Easy online ordering and payment, good online communication tracking the progress of the order and confirmation of delivery, competitive pricing, and good quality product.
